Sumptious beyond words. Fluffy, fragrant rice paired with tantalizing and spicy sambal, egg and fried chicken drumstick. This dish is named after my BFF. He is now demanding for a 5% fee for the rights to use his name. Ho Hum.

Delicious Creamy Chicken Lasagna. I personally feel that this is just excellent as a contribution for pot-luck parties, to serve at dinner parties, or even just for the whole family to enjoy. Warning - you may find yourself greedily gobbling up more than you intend to.

Chicken cooked in turmeric and other spices. The turmeric makes this dish come out a lovely golden yellow. The taste is hard to pin down, a little tangy and very appetising! One of those recipes that has been handed down through the generations of the family.

Clementine Orange

Crumbly orange butter cake with a hint of vanilla and cinnamon. I somehow feel calmer and more relaxed after eating this cake. It must be the heavenly scent of the orange that somehow calms the nerves. It is perfect for afternoon tea or as an after dinner cake. Who needs aromatherapy oils and tantric breathing for those frazzled nerves, bring on the cake I say!

Cappuccino Indulgence
