Kuih Kodok (also known as Chokodok)
The delicious and traditional Kuih Kodok, a perfect tea time snack. Made this from my mom's recipe. So very easy to make and extremely addictive, it's crisp and the little bite size morsels makes it so easy to pop in your mouth.

Rhymes and Verse
I came across this wonderful verse and would like to share it with everyone, enjoy!
“Methuselah ate what he found on his plate,
And never, as people do now,
Did he note the amount of the calorie count;
He ate it because it was chow.
He wasn’t disturbed as at dinner he sat,
Devouring a roast or a pie,
To think it was lacking in granular fat
Or a couple of vitamins shy.
He cheerfully chewed each species of food,
Unmindful of troubles or fears
Lest his health might be hurt
By some fancy dessert;
And he lived over 900 years.”

Classic Carrot and Walnut Cake
My take on the classic carrot and walnut cake. The smell is absolutely delicious, wafts of cinnamon and nuts enveloped the kitchen while I was baking it. It took a lot of effort to restrain myself from opening the oven door to get to the cake! The cake is topped off with cream cheese based almond cream. Delish!
With the Christmas season just round the corner, this makes a perfect gift or addition to your Christmas season table. Cinnamon-y (forgive me, I do not know if this is a word - you know what I am trying to say though!) , fruity and nutty. Just gorgeous.
RM50 for approx 1.2kg
