*We are more than happy to cater for and accede to special requests for items which are not listed here. Please get in touch with us and we would love to discuss your requirements further.
*All orders are freshly prepared in our cosy kitchen using only the freshest ingredients, as such, a minimum notice and a minimum order is required. No MSG or preservatives are used. We don’t cut corners, all sauces, meatballs and everything else is freshly made. No nonsense store bought pasta sauces here. Our kitchen is also pork-free.
*All cakes and food should be ordered at least 2 clear days in advance prior to pick up or delivery date. Although we try our utmost best to accommodate all requests where possible, we reserve the discretion to accept your order if less than the requisite minimum notice period has been given.
*To accommodate to our customer’s busy schedules, we provide delivery services. Please note that a minimum fee of RM8.00 shall be charged for delivery services in the general Metropolitan Area. For the avoidance of doubt, “Metropolitan Area” shall mean a 10km radius of Bangsar Village II. Delivery fees to areas outside of the Metropolitan Area shall vary.
*For all orders made via email or text message, upon receipt of a confirmation reply, the order shall be deemed confirmed. A separate fee shall be chargeable for any subsequent amendments to the order.
